Name: Japanese (English).
Type: Bloodline, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Taijutsu, or Senjutsu?
Sub-type: Ninjutsu sub-types are: Fūinjutsu, Medical, or an element (earth, water, fire, lightning, etc.); Genjutsu needs to specify which of the five senses/combination of the five senses are affected; Taijutsu sub-types are the name of the style they come from; Bloodline is either substance/element manipulation, Dōjutsu, body mutation, or "Chakra manipulation" (see Clan Section's template for an explanation on that).
Rank: E (Academy Student-level); D (Genin-level); C (Chūnin-level); B (ANBU-level Chūnin Jutsu); A (Jōnin/Tokujō/ANBU-level Jutsu); S (Kage and S-class Nukenin-level Jutsu).
Orientation: Is the Jutsu an offensive one (an attack, which in most cases leaves no room for defense of the user. Most offense-based Jutsu are powerful and quick); defensive (a defense. Is usually a low-range Jutsu that allows the user to brush off thing's that are thrown at them); offensive/defensive (a Jutsu that can be used for both aforementioned categories. An example of such would be a sphere of water that absorbs the impact and majority of an oncoming attack without dissipating--the remaining water is then utilized as an attack of compressed water); supplementary (a technique which serves to aid the user in some way--can be a passive skill or clan ability--these all aid your character in some form).
Cost: The amount of chakra drained from you, the user, when utilizing a Jutsu. Hand Seals are required for most Ninjutsu and Genjutsu. Taijutsu do not normally require it. Depending on the bloodline, it may or may not be required.
Effects: What does the jutsu do? If it's powerful, it should have a equally dangerous side-affect. Etc.
