Taijutsu: Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus. Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself. The user gains a level one combat trait for free. Ninjutsu: Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements). Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice. Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself. Genjutsu: Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type.
- ASP:
Speed and Agility: Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency. Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). Weapon Specialist: Level I: The user is proficient in basic weaponry, allowing him to utilize light weapons such as the sword and bow. They are also more skilled in weapon-based jutsus. Level II: Shinobi are now more potent in their weapon usage, allowing them to carry and wield two light weapons and fight with Medium Weapons. Assassination: Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins. Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins. Level III: Worthy of the title Assassin, the ninja has practiced and perfected arts of killing, making him well-knowledgeable in the many possible forms of death. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level III and is 30% less likely to get caught in break ins.
- Basic Ninjutsu:
Kawarimi no Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Basic Rank: E A substitution jutsu which involves switching the ninja's body for another object of the same weight, usually a piece of wood. This can create an opening to attack the enemy or to escape. This can only be used when there is an escape way for the ninja (not traped in a prison, nor unable to move). Can only be used three times in a battle.
Name: Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: The Henge technique is an ability utilized by a ninja to alter their body to a limited degree, molding their chakra into the shape of another and giving it the appearance of said person. Finally, they alter their voice in order to fit their character. The transformation is far from perfect however, a disguise that keen eyes and ears can see through. Mannerisms, speaking patterns, and knowledge of the one copied are not necessarily known to the user of this technique. While this jutsu does imitate physical appearances, it does not grant any unique qualities. Bloodlines, mutations, and other body alterations are not granted upon the Henge user- They only appear to be. This jutsu is easily disrupted when struck.
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu [Replication Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: E Orientation: Cost: Effects: A basic Genjutsu on which the user creates up to 5 copies of himself. This clones aren't real and are mainly used as a diversion. The clones can be destroyed like Kage Bunshin but they cannot hit a target. Because there are mere visual projections, they are not and do not effect their environment.
Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Chakra Shūgō [Chakra Manifestation] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: N/A Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank. Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.
Name: Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Basic Technique Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: This jutsu is a high-speed movement technique, allowing a ninja to move short distances at an almost untraceable speed. It is accomplished by using chakra to temporarily boost the user's reflexes. To an observer, it appears as if the user has teleported. A puff of smoke is occasionally used to disguise the user's movements; however, other methods can be taken from the environment used to disguise the movement such as a swarm of leaves. This jutsu can only be used by Chūnin rank ninja and above. Effects with Agility and Speed Skill:
Level I: May be used to move once in two posts, without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. Level II: May be used to escape once a post without chance of attacking/using jutsu right after. Level III: May be used to move as often as the user wants with chance of attacking once. Master Level: May be used as often as the user wants with possibility of combo attack and jutsu use after.

Name: Saito no chūzō jutsu (Site Casting Technique) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doujutsu Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: - Effects: The technique of an active Reidomegan in which the user need have the eye active. The user can cast ones vision onto an physical object in their line of sight by looking upon it. At a cost of E-ranked amount of chakra per turn one can see from that point of view in which their vision was displaced.
In the event that one displaced ones sight upon that of another individuals eyes specifically, they can see from the perspective of the individual in which they displaced their site; viewing the world from his eyes. If his eyes are too a Doujutsu, then he can view the world from the perspective of that Doujutsu. This technique takes a D-ranked amount of chakra to Cancel, though can be canceled at any time.
Name: Ai samayō no Jutsu (Wandering Eye Techinique) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doujutsu Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: - Effects: he use focuses the doujutsu's energy inward allowing him to place the point of vision at any place on his own body. The user can thus, place his sight on the back of his own head in order to see behind himself, for example.
- Awakening Eye:
Name: Rōkanonoroi no Jutsu (Curse of Aging technique) Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Doujutsu Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: - Effects: This is a technique only possible with the "Awakened Eye" of the Reidomegan Doujutsu. By using this technique, the user is able to draw chakra from anything that isn't human. Thus restoring a little bite of their chakra supply, but not fully. The user must gaze upon the living thing, non-human, thing they wish to take chakra from, by doing so the user receives only a half of the chakra from that thing. Which is why only a small supply of their chakra is restored.

Name: Kirigakure no Jutsu [Hidden Mist Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A ninjutsu that disperses the user's chakra through the air to manipulate the water particles and alter their composition to produce a mist of varying thickness. Veiling an enemy's sight, this technique can be taken advantage of if used right, those who specialize in assassination and combat not based on sight best suited for battle in mist.
Name: Mizu Bunshin no Jutsu [Water Clone Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A jutsu that produces a copy of one's self by drawing water and shaping it into their own form. The user's chakra causes the body to solidify and take on the appearance of the creator, as well as any items they have. These clones are easily disrupted, any great impacts causing their structure to break down. They are, however, able to use jutsus, and may be manipulated from a distance. The jutsu's cost is it's base +2 chakra for each additional clone made after the first.
Name: Suirou no Jutsu [Water Prison Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Suiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: Trapping enemies within an orb of water, the Water Prision Technique is a useful move which when performed correctly can take an opponent out of the battlefield. An enemy will first move close to an enemy before summoning water which will surround an opponent, a sphere of liquid surrounding them before solidifying. This hardened ball will trap a foe within and prevent them from escaping. Because of it's small confines and lack of air within, breaking free is a difficult venture, with only more dramatic methods capable of working. The Suirou jutsu requires the user to maintain contact with the sphere of water, or it will break apart and free the user within.

Name: Shindosachi [Shock Touch] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary, Offensive Cost: Effects: A technique which acts similarly how one can channel static electrcity through a person by merely contacting them, this move consists electrifying the user's chakra throughout the body and projecting it upon touching an opponent, sending a jolt of electricity through their body, painfully attacking via the nerves. This jutsu may be maintained.
Name: Raiton: Denryuu [Electrical Current] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: Denryuu allows the user to focus their chakra to the tip of their fingers and release a beam of lightning, which will shoot forward to impale a target. Small and brittle, the technique is nonetheless useful for striking from a distance, and can be seen as a "Sniping" technique.
Name: Ikadzuchi no Kiba [Lightning Bolt Fang] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A lightning ninjutsu that attacks indirectly, first concentrating the electrical power before shooting it into the sky, where it will then arc down again at an opponent. While in the air it will take the form of a bolt, firing itself at an opponent and piercing anything in it's way. Because of the slight delay, the move can not be used quickly, however, it can avoid obstacles that directly interfere with it's path.
Name: Raiton: Raisehou [Lightning Torrent Gun] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: C Orientation: Defensive, Offensive Cost: Effects: This technique is a close-range jutsu that consists of focusing electrified chakra to the palm of the user's hand, condensing it until the jutsu is utilized. Upon usage, the stored electricity will spray forward randomly, striking anything near the spray of lightning, deflecting projectiles, striking foes, and defending the user from earth-based techniques.
Name: Raiokami [Lightning Wolf] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: Effects: A ninjutsu that calls forth a beast of thunder, it's body stemming from your hand and forming into a dire wolf. This creature, as long as the user is maintaining the chakra from the hand to the beast, will move to the user's will, springing forth at foes with it's charged fangs or acting a shield- whatever the situation requires. The Raiokami's body is easily disrupted, however, the user may reform its body by paying 1 more chakra for maintaining. Because it consists of lightning, the Raiokami is as fast as it.
Name: Gian [False Darkness] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Raiton Rank: B Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: A lightning-based jutsu which charges a great bolt of lightning, springing forth from the user's mouth and shooting off at an enemy. This missile is particularly destructive, rendering everything near into rubble as it shoots off at a foe, impaling them and at the same time shocking their body. Its strength is such that most barriers will fail to protect the user, for even if the actual bolt itself does not strike you, the electrical energy may still pass into you.

Name: Kitai [Anticipation] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Chisokuken Rank: D Orientation: Defensive Cost: Effects: The user will focus on an opponent, watching closely for any movements. Their bodies reactions will increase as long as they remain motionless, allowing them to respond quicker to attacks. This cannot be used to make attacks faster, though this move may aid in finding an opening. This jutsu cannot be used immediately, and must be used one turn before gaining the benefits. Requires Level I Speed and Agility.
Name: Tadayō [Drift] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Defensive Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Effects: The Shinobi, like with Kūtenryu, will draw chakra into their legs. This time, however, it will be released in short controlled bursts, enhancing their speed in order to weave back, forward, and side-to-side. This will allow the ninja to make their way through groups of foes, dodge as barrage of projectiles, and defend against simultaneous attacks. May be maintained for two chakra instead of one per turn. Requires Level III Speed and Agility.
Name: Bōsekitade [Spinning Heavy Blow] Type: Sub-type: Rank: C Orientation: Offensive, Defensive Cost: Effects: A technique in which the user will rotate their body at high speeds, releasing punches and kicks at anyone near them. Foes nearby will be caught off-guard by the sudden rotating blows, enhanced by the momentum caused by spinning. This technique is useful for facing groups.
- Kenjutsu:
Name: Tsukire [Moon Slice] Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: Kyoukan Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: An attack where an enemy will rush an opponent, apparently trying to stab a foe, only to launch themselves over an enemy, jumping in a path similar to a crescent moon while slashing at a foe's shoulder/neck/head. This allows the user to simultaneously surprise a foe, move behind them, and strike them from above.
Name: Kyokugi [Acrobatic Feet] Type: Taijutsu Sub-type: Kyokan Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A technique whose basis is the "Walking" Technique, Kyokugi is a technique practiced by those wishing to deftly cross the battlefield in a erratic and unpredictable manner. The user takes a familiar concept, drawing chakra into their feet. In this variation, however, rather then becoming adheisive or merely standing upon a surface, this form of the jutsu creates chakra "Springs" upon the soles, which project a user forward. This essentially allows the user to bounce across the battlefield in a rapid manner, either distracting a foe or merely getting across tedious obstacles. Requires Level Two Assassination
Name: Seven Sword Dance Type: Kenjutsu Sub-type: - Rank: D-S (B-Ranked) Orientation: Offensive Cost: - Effects: As the name applies, the user wields seven swords though none are held within their hands. The method of Kenjutsu is strange, and it's something taught to everyone within the clan. Though they aren't taught how to dance with these seven swords right away. The users mastery, thus ranking, of the skill depends on how many swords they can wield flawlessly. The style is unpredictable, leaving the movements something that can't be predicted since nothing stays the same.
