Mission Details: The Mizukage wants to make an alliance with Sunagakure as tensions arise between them and Konoha. Unfortunately due to both kages being extremely busy with their duties, the Kazekage has wrote a treaty and decided to send a jounin on the mission. The mission is to get to Kirigakure and reach an agreement with the Mizukage without compromising on the demands on the treaty. We want to keep the terms as they are but, are willing to be linent on some terms. At this moment we do not see Konoha as an enemy, so do not accept to go to war with them. Simply bring any evidence shown back to the kage, or report it to the kage.
