Ninjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements). Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice.
Genjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type. Level II: Allows the ninja to use genjutsu up to B-rank of a single sub-type. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level I effects.
Ability Skills - Spoiler:
Medical Level I: Allows the ninja to heal others and himself using some minor healing objects. Requires Genjutsu and Ninjutsu Knowledge level II. May not have more than two Ninjutsu. Level II: Allows the ninja to use up to rank C medical Ninjutsu and to use more advanced healing objects.
Assassination
Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins. Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Weapon Specialist
Level I: The user is proficient in basic weaponry, allowing him to utilize light weapons such as the sword and bow. They are also more skilled in weapon-based jutsus
Genjutsu Resistance (free)
Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai. Requires at least Genjutsu Knowledge level I.

Name: Shōsen no Jutsu [Mystical Hand Technique] Type: Ninpō Sub-type: Medical Rank: C Cost: Orientation:: Supplementary Effects:This jutsu is a multi-purpose medical technique used by medic-nin to heal wounds and perform surgery. For the former, the user concentrates chakra to their hand and applies it to a wound, speeding up cell regeneration. For the latter, the user focuses their chakra into a blade to make cuts where necessary. Because it is done with chakra, the user doesn't need to cut through their target's skin to reach muscles and organs. For this to be applied effectively in healing, a large amount of chakra is required. Using it to cut seems to be less chakra-intensive. This cutting aspect of this jutsu can also be used in combat, though it requires incredible precision on the user's part to be effective.

Name: Akame [Bloody Rain] Type: Bloodline Sub-type: Kekkami Rank: D Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: This ninjutsu is used once the body has been wounded and has begun to bleed. The user will scoop some of the drops of blood into their hand, and gather chakra into them. This will cause each individual droplet to harden, the sides of the drop becoming sharp. They blood drops of fragile, but can slice through flesh. The Shurajo may them fling them at an opponent, acting as projectiles. Because they are in a hardened form, if the blades slice through the skin they will not enter the blood stream. If the projectiles, however, hit the body and become enlodged into the skin, the impact will cause the jutsu to become undone, and leak the Nirokueki into the foes body. This just must be reused for each batch of blood drops shot.
Name: Ichimyaken [Vein Blade] Type: Bloodline Sub-type: Kekkami Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: This technique is used to easily and quickly create a close range weapon. The user will slit their wrist, allowing the blood to flow out. By concentrating their chakra to the point of bleeding, the user will cause the blood to solidify and spring forth, forming a crimson blade. The blood weapon has a keen edge, but isn't very durable. The user does not need to maintain chakra for this jutsu, and may reform the blade for half the original cost (Rounded Up) if broken.
Name: Shinkusatsu [Crimson Death] Type: Bloodline Sub-type: Kekkami Rank: C Orientation: Offensive, Supplementary Cost: Effects: This technique is based off the original ability utilized by the Shurajo clan to heat their bodies during the winter. The user will expel from their body, heating it and forcing it into a vaporous form, it's effect causing a red smokescreen similar to the Hidden Mist in effect. However, because the blood was of a Shurajo, it carries the Nirokueki- Making anyone who breaths while in the mist save a Shurajo to take in the poison. This makes Shinkusatsu useful for both escape at the same time weakening their foe. When this technique is ended, the blood will fall to the ground, returned to liquid form.
Name: Saiketsu [Drawing Blood] Type: Bloodline Sub-type: Kekkami Rank: C Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: This technique dramatically increases the division rate of the blood inside the user's body, causing the blood to begin to overflow. This will flood from the user's wounds, raining it and creating a large pool of blood. This technique is not maintained.
Name: Chuushaki [Injection] Type: Bloodline Sub-type: Kekkami Rank: C Orientation: Offensive Cost: Effects: This technique allows the user to manipulate any of the ninja's own blood and shape it into a thin spike for impaling foes. This alone does not make it useful- But the fact that the ninja may make it form wherever his blood is present, regardless of the amount, allows the move to carry a deadly capacity for killing it foe. Chuusaki, if it impales the skin, like with Akame, will release some of the blood that it consists of into the enemy's body, poisoning them with Nirokueki.
Name: Hayamodo [Haste Mode] Type: Bloodline Sub-type: Kakkami Rank: B Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: A technique unique to the Shurajo, it can be only utilized by adepts due to the fact that it relies on constantly manipulating blood- Their own. This technique allows the user to quicken the rate that the blood circulates. This effect allows blood to transport sustenance to the body, including the brain. This technique in turn causes the body to no longer tire, muscles being replenished rapid enough so as to allow the Shinobi to fight for an extended period of time, as long as the jutsu is maintained. They also react quicker due to the neural system being able to receive nutrients at a far greater rate, granting them an improved awareness. This jutsu requires two chakra per turn instead of one to maintain.
Basic - Spoiler:
Kawarimi no Jutsu Type: Ninjutsu Sub-Type: Basic Rank: E A substitution jutsu which involves switching the ninja's body for another object of the same weight, usually a piece of wood. This can create an opening to attack the enemy or to escape. This can only be used when there is an escape way for the ninja (not traped in a prison, nor unable to move). Can only be used three times in a battle.
Name: Bunshin no Jutsu [Replication Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: E Orientation: Cost: Effects: A basic Genjutsu on which the user creates up to 5 copies of himself. This clones aren't real and are mainly used as a diversion. The clones can be destroyed like Kage Bunshin but they cannot hit a target. Because there are mere visual projections, they are not and do not effect their environment.
Name: Waza no Jutsu [Walking Technique] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: This technique is a must for any Shinobi. Difficult for some genins, Waza consists of basic manipulation of chakra through the fit. This is done through two ways. First, they may concentrate chakra to their soles to because adhesive, allowing them to walk on normally impossible surfaces, such as walls or a tree. Second, the user may force their chakra downward to act as a method of balance which grants them the ability to walk on water. Both take a constant concentration of chakra, and thus must be maintained each turn of usage for one chakra. This does not require hand seals.
Name: Chakra Shūgō [Chakra Manifestation] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: E Orientation: Supplementary Cost: N/A Effects: The ability to draw from their reservoir of stamina in order to generate more chakra to use. This technique allows a ninja to take their body's energy in order to cast more jutsus during a battle. 10% of the Shinobi's Max chakra is replenished (Rounded down from .5). However, each time this is done it exhausts the body, due to the nature of forcing it go beyond it's safe limits. Each time further strains a user. This may be cast three times during a battle, with any further attempts causing a person to collapse. When performing Chakra Shugo, you may not have performed any jutsus this turn, nor may use any while doing this. Techniques in use may be maintained if they are of a supplementary or defensive nature. The chakra granted by this ability is added on your next turn. For purposes of percent, you use your Rank base. (Do not apply modifiers such as Chakra Capacity!)
Name: Genjutsu Kai [Illusion Technique Release] Type: Ninjutsu Sub-type: Chakra Rank: C Orientation: Defensive Cost: Equal the cost of the genjutsu. If it is B-rank, it costs 3 more to break, 5 if A, and 7 if S-rank. Effects: This basic technique allows the user to stop their flow of chakra and reactivate it in a burst of energy, essentially restarting their body in order to rid themselves of harmful chakra influences, most notably that of genjutsu. This technique may break genjutsus consisting of one sub-type.
Genjutsu - Spoiler:
Name: Kanashibari no Jutsu [Paralysis Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Feel Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: An illusion in which causes the target to feel like their entire body has become paralyzed. Because the body thinks it cannot move it actually restricts the body of movement. The user must cast this genjutsu in front of their target and within a close range or else the genjutsu won’t take full effect. The user must hold a seal in order to keep this technique going meaning no other technique can be used while this one is in effect. This can only be used once per battle for once the target’s mind has realized it’s only an illusion it cannot be tricked again.
Name: Fusenmei Genzō [Vision Blur] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: Fusenmei Genzō convinces the mind that their vision is blurring for a moment, disorienting them and causing an opening for attack.
Name: Iya Eda Kataki no Jutsu [Melting Body Technique] Type: Genjutsu Sub-type: Sight + Feel Rank: D Orientation: Supplementary Cost: Effects: The target sees and feels his limbs slowly melting off his body, making them think they cannot use them anymore.
