weighted water tech - a pulse of chakra makes water weigh a lot more in the area allowing the user to slow opps covered in water or increase the sheer power of suiton techs by nature of heavier hitting attacks

Hozuki style machine gun - A rank, user turns their forearm into a swirling cyclone and rapidly fires a barrage of water droplets in a single direction.

hozuki style Shotgun - the clan members entire hand bursts into a wide barrage of piercing water droplets capable of hitting more targets at once with a single attack or a wider area. able to fell an entire wall with one shot.

TRANSLATION: Summoning Water Style: Finned Assault jutsu
RANK: C

DESCRIPTION: This modified version of the summoning technique allows a user to summon water-bound creatures to their aid anywhere. It creates a large quantity of water for the creature(s) to swim in and allows them to breath and move around on the land as the wave of water moves around at the behest of the user or the summon. The wave does not dissipate until the summon is unsummoned and the water acts as a minor shield of sorts to the summon itself protecting them from fire techniques but doing nothing to stop lightning techniques as the water conducts the electricty. Earth techniques (the usual counter to water) have no particular effect unless they are specifically designed to absorb water based attacks at which point either the summon can unsummon itself or the user can send the summon back.


The water from the summon comes from the location the summon comes from so it is salt or fresh as necessary and is proportionate to the creature or amount of creatures summoned.


Character Specific? Kiri nin only. To learn it you must have learned it from a kiri ninja in the first place. That kiri nin must of course know the jutsu to teach it however. Currently in use by Ianto Hozuki

Multiple summons cost the same as one rank higher than the highest ranked summon in the group called forth.




TECHNIQUE: Water Style: Water Gun Technique
RANK: B
ART: Ninjutsu

DESCRIPTION: Houzuki clan only. Using their Hydration technique, the clan member coalesces a single drop water to their fingertip and using a pulse of suiton chakra, fires the droplet with enough pressure to fire straight through rock, which is more than enough to pierce the human body. The damage it does is suprisingly severe, allowing for a swift kill on a precise shot to a vital location. Difficult to dodge due to its speed and size as the drop of water is difficult to see, but the trigger shaped  hand motion is a good indication of the technique.

TECHNIQUE: Water Style Sensor Technique: Ripples

DESCRIPTION: When standing in or near a source of water, whether natural or created by another technique, the user can defuse chakra into the water, allowingthem to detect the presence and motion of other chakra sources, such as people and genjutsu or ninjutsu techniques traveling through the medium. To the caster of this technique, they register as ripples in  the source, telling them distance and location as well as what direction they're traveling. The user can also feel relatively how strong the chakra source is by the severity of the ripples they cause, where powerful sources practically produce a tide like effect.

obviously the technique has a weakness of if the source is not in contact with a water source, it cannot be detected. Frequently used in conjunction with the Hidden Mist skill.

TECHNIQUE:Suiton: Water Lance

DESCRIPTION: Using suiton Chakra the user produces a high pressure stream of water from their hand which acts as a thin blade of water. The stream is used to lance through targets or cut them apart. A very high pressure and powerful skill, difficult to block as it cuts through many physical barriers(including those created by doton skills), and can even pierce through steel.

DESCRIPTION: A modified form of the transformation skill, The user becomes adapted to underwater environments, transforming their respratory system to accomodate gills as well as normal air, it also modifies their eyes to be more situated to seeing underwater, giving them perfectly clear vision beneath the surface. it also modifies their hearing to allow hearing sounds below water as well as ones coming from above the water and even expands the range of hearing to pick up higher and lower pitched noises.

It also applies a lateral line to the user which allows them to feel the sublte vibrations and motions happening in or on the water allowing them a sixth sense letting them respond much faster to motion thatn normal. it also puts fins on their limbs letting them move much faster underwater than a human normally could because they are also wreathed in a mucous lining letting water pass over them more hydrodynamically. In addition it allows the caster to travel deeper and accomodate much higher depths or pressures than normal human beings, about 10 more atmospheres of pressure more than normal before they experience discomfort and about 20 more than the usual before they get teh bends and implode or become crushed. The final adaptation is a set of sharp and dense claws sprouts from their fingers, allowing them to grip, rip, and tear at opponents.

DESCRIPTION:Mizukagami no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu utilizing the Water Element. the user will first create a reflective disk of water. This disk will reflect his oncoming opponents on its surface, then they somehow disrupt the surface of the disk (whether by hand, with a weapon, or anotehr jutsu), leaving an identical mirror image of the oncoming attacker. This mirror clone will then counter the enemy down to their weapons and chakra, effectively neutralizing their current attack when the mirror clone and original clash.


Chakra Consumption : the chakra for this skill is equal to the lvl of the technique the user is countering in chakra cost.



TECHNIQUE: Coral Fist
RANK: B
ART: Ninjutsu, Taijutsu
TYPE: offensive, Restraint
RANGE: Close
DESCRIPTION: The user wells up chakra in their fists and then strikes their opponent, causing a thick and strong layer of coral to grow over their body, encasing them in heavy sea rock that restricts them from moving and weighs them down greatly. Usually requires assistance from another ally to break free.

DESCRIPTION: Similar to the normal coral fist technique, the opponent is encased in the sea rock and rendered unable to move, but now the victim has their chakra drained fromthem by the porous rock from which the user can siphon the chakra into themselves by making contact with the rock. As before the victim often requires someone else to break them free.

TECHNIQUE:  Water Giant jutsu

DESCRIPTION: Houzuki Clan Only. The clan member after standing on or summoning a large water source, can absorb this water into their bodies and become gigantic water giants, humanoid shaped or otherwise.

This increase in size comes with several benefits, primarily noticeable a grand increase in strength and durability. As the body is composed of water, physical assaults have little to no effect upon the user, they infact open the offender to retaliatory attacks from powerful jets of water that can crush rock and hurl mountains of rock.

The next benefit is that the user becomes able to utilize just about any water style ninjutsu without handseals near instantly and with incredible power to boot. The user is in full control of their watery form and thus can shape themselves as freely as they wish. The use of these suiton skills also have the added benefit of only costing half as much as normal if they have a cost at all (skills that obviously don't need chakra to be formed are free where as skill that need chakra to function cost half as much since most water skills are simply reshaping and moving water.)

The drawback to this form is of course in the form of other elemental ninjutsu, most namely Ration which have their normal effects on the water giant. Katon techniques are wholly useless of course as are some doton attacks which are easily reflected back at the caster using the caster's now prodigious strength and control of form. Other doton skills, those designed to drain or absorb water (the reason doton is stronger than suiton in some cases) do still damage the user, pulling the water out of the giant form leaving them diminished and potentially harmed.
Fuuton skills only manage to possibly push at the giant form and perhaps dull the brunt of an attack slightly while sharp bladed wind skills do little more than pass through the giant. Kekkei genkai elements have varied effects depending on their physical properties (ie a proficient and crafty mokuton user could drain water from the giant with a tree's roots and much focus on controlling that tree).

TECHNIQUE:Misty Mirage

DESCRIPTION: This jutsu is used in conjunction with the hidden mist skill. It is a genjutsu that allows the caster to create visual illusions (whether shadowy or illuminated), phantom sounds, ghostly sensations, and imaginary chakra signatures and signs.

These various hallucinations, work very well in tandem to trick opponents into all sorts of traps and can even fool chakra sensors and doujutsu that can see chakra as well as mundane senses of hearing, sight, and touch.

TECHNIQUE: Houzuki Torpedo
RANK: A
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Offensive
RANGE: Close to long
DESCRIPTION: A powerful technique beholden to the Houzuki clan thanks to their kekkei genkai. Similar to the water pistol technique, the user collects a portions of their suiton chakra and fopcuses it to a single limb then, using the hydration technique they liqueify said limb and fire it off at their target with incredible force.

The force of the impact is comparible to a ballista or perhaps an actual torpedo, because the collision is strong enough to puncture steel and then the water missle explodes outwards spraying high pressure water everywhere, hurling targets about like a normal explosion and piercingthem with droplets of water which act like shrapnel, increasing the injury factor of this skill.

TECHNIQUE: Suiton: Oil Spit
RANK: C
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Supplementary, Offensive
RANGE: Close to mid
DESCRIPTION: The user performs the handseals and then spits a clearish rainbow-tinted  flammable oil from their mouth. The force of the jet of oil can be strong enough to knock a person off their feet.

The true benefit of the oil is that it is both slick and traction is practically impossible to achieve,causing those who get it on them or under them to slip and fall , and the other use is that the substance is highly flammable, creating rather hot and long burning flames when ignited.

Also because this is oil we're talking about, it floats on the surface of water which means it can be lit aflame ontop of water adding a bit of heat to the battlefield, giving the user a lot of control over the battleground, forcing opponents to land or underwater or perhaps even to the air.

TECHNIQUE: Underwater Rave

DESCRIPTION:This genjutsu which makes the victim believe they are swept up in a giant wave and then placed deep in the ocean amongst a myriad of glowing corals and fish who swim around rapidly in a dizzying display while a series of clicks and whale sounds provide techno like music. The victim believes they are drowning as well but the display of the fish prevent them from determining which way is up until they pass out after 4 turns.


Most cannot determine it is a genjutsu due to the ninjutsu like display of things. The stimulus for the jutsu us usually a splash of water or a wave of water washing over the victim.





TECHNIQUE:Squid Grab
RANK: B
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Offensive, Supplementary
RANGE: Close to mid.
DESCRIPTION: The user forms up to ten tentacles of water from any source of water around them (in a Hozuki's case, even themselves). these tentacles then lash out and try to ensnare opponents in the area, binding and grappling them down, holding them immobile with great strength.

The tentacles have the added insult of draining chakra from their captives at an alarming rate (10% per post) which is then transferred into the caster of this technique. Against multiple opponents they can even wind up over saturating themselves with Chakra giving them a superhuman boost of power, letting them cast their most powerful jutsu with relative impunity.

The tentacles can also lash and bludgeon into opponents beating them into submission before draining them of their chakra. If provided with weapons the tentacles can be directed to wield those as well.

The user is in constant control of the tentacles and directs them mentally or even faster by using their hands and arms to better facilitate control. Using the arm and hand method of control proves to make the tentacles even faster and more difficult to avoid.


Chakra Consumption : 10% to initiate and best used when fighting multiple opponents.



TECHNIQUE: Tsunami Fist
RANK: B
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Offensive, Defensive, and supplementary
RANGE: Close (0-5 meters)
DESCRIPTION: Houzuki only. This skill is Ianto's bread and butter jutsu. Without doing any handseals, the user transforms their forearms into water which using their chakra control, they can shape and control their liquid limbs into practically any shape they wish.

These limbs can be shaped into weapons, shields, objects, other creatures limb types or basically anything. The weapons and shields are strong and act like real objects, able to cut slam, and crush just fine. Shields block attacks but are usually dispersed by the attempt and need to be reformed.

This makes the user a very versatile melee and mid ranged combatant as tehy can fight with tentacles, and weapons galore with but a simple thought. They can even just extend the range of their hand to hand taijutsu attacks allowing them to hit from farther away than expected.

THe technique gets its name from the fact that the water force of strikes is far greater than normal as well allowingthe clan member to literally pummel targets with the force of the sea, a simple punch potentially collapsing a building's wall or a whip like tentacle slicing through a tree trunk with ease.

Frequently this skill is just used to reach out and drown an opponent into unconsciousness by gripping their head and forcing the water down their throat.

TECHNIQUE: Houzuki Style: 1000 Drops
RANK: A
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Offensive
RANGE: Close to Long
DESCRIPTION: Similar in principle to the Houzuki style water pistol technique, the user channels their suiton chakra throughout their entire body and then transforms into their liquid state and then violently explodes outwards into hundreds of water droplets, flying with high speed and a lot of pressure.

Each drop acts like a bullet with enough force to pierce through stone, damaging everything in a 360 degree attack for about 15 meters. The clan member can then easily reform on the following post by drawing the entirety of their watery form back into themselves.

There is a lesser version of this move called the 100 drops in which the user simply forms drops of water on their skin like large sweat drops before firing them out in the 360 degree attack. It is a C rank version of this skill used by some younger members or older members intending to do less damage.

Chakra Consumption : 6% for 1000 drops, 3% for 100 Drops




TECHNIQUE: Water Mirror Clone
RANK: A
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Supplementary
RANGE: Close to Mid
DESCRIPTION: Using the same principles as the water mirror technique, the user creates a disk of water which then reflects the target of this jutsu. Then using any method the user disrupts the disk which creates a perfect clone of the target. The clone then uses the opponent's skills, jutsu, and techniques against them down to their chakra, though it should be noted that the clone can only use suiton chakra or normal chakra to achieve this so despite teh look of an attack, in the end it is still made of water but has all of the seeming and impact of the actual skill.


This clone is most effective at neutralizing the person of whom it is a copy, much like the normal water mirror. Mostly it is used for an escape technique to distract the opponent but fighting yourself is rather difficult unless you yourself are your own foil...

TECHNIQUE: Devil's Domain Water Torture
RANK: B
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Offensive
RANGE: Close to long
DESCRIPTION: After a rather lengthy set of handseals, the caster places their hands on the surface of a large source of water (whether summoned or natural or even during a rainstorm), causing a gigantic amount of that water to rise up in a giant circular wall of water which then crashesin on the targets with tremendous force. this water then begins to increase in pressure and decrease in size, rapidly crushing the target as if under thousands of feet of water.

Very little, even in the ninja world can stand up to such crushing weight. Note this jutsu takes about 3-4 posts to complete. post 1: crashing of the waves, posts 2-3 (or four for obstinate opponents): increasing of pressure for utter destruction. This skill is not unlike the desert imperial burial in all honesty from a sand ninja's point of view.

TECHNIQUE: Oil Slick Sweat
RANK: C
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: ninjutsu
RANGE: personal
DESCRIPTION: The user performs their handseals causing beads of oil to exude from their skin and coat their body in a sheen of incredivbly slick oil. This oil makes it almost impossible to get a grip on the user as well as makes taijutsu strikes slide right off of them doing far less damage. this protection even extends to weaponry strikes from things such as swords and clubs which slipright off of the user leaving them less scathed than they normally would be.

Unfortunately the oil is rather flammable so if exposed to a C rank or above fire jutsu the user could be lit aflame.

TECHNIQUE: Suiton: Rain of Claws
RANK: A
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: offensive, supplementary
RANGE: close to long
DESCRIPTION: After performing the handseals, the user forms low hanging clouds over the battlefield and causes it to rain high pressure water droplets onto the battlefield which shred the landscape and opponents.

The user can use fine controlof their chakra to control gaps in the rainstorm to avoid hitting allies  as long as those allies remain stationary. This jutsu leaves the battlefield damp and the violent razor sharp rain persists for a number of posts based on how long the caster can hold the final handseal, then normal rain persists for 5 posts after the end of jutsu

TECHNIQUE: Suiton: Tidal Wall
RANK: B
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Defensive
RANGE: Close to long
DESCRIPTION: Similar to suiton: water wall, this jutsu summons forth a wall of water, but this skill does so on a much larger scale allowing the caster to defend themselves and several allies if need be or even a large area. The wall can be made as a wide circular spinning wall of water or as a large linear plane, where the water rises high into the air, like a straight fountain.

The other benefit of this skill is that it can be maintained for up to 3 raounds with little problem.

It has the ability to defend against b rank and lower skills and even brunt the force of A rank skillsbut does little to higher powered S rank abilities than get them wet
Chakra Consumption : 8 % due to the breadth of the defense.




TECHNIQUE: Maddening Mist
RANK: A
ART: Genjutsu
TYPE: offensive
RANGE: Close to Long
DESCRIPTION: This powerful Genjutsu uses the hidden mist skill as its conductor and stimulus. By being inside the mist and having the fog make skin contact with the opponents, the user can subject them to this genjutsu attack.

The Mist twists and swirls and curls around the victims, the tendrils of fog like iron hard vines wrap around those who fall prey to the jutsu binding them in place as out of the fog come shadowy grotesque figures, but not just any figures.

These creatures are beasts and demons drawn from the victim's own subconscious. Things drawn from their nightmares. The beings are also those whom the user has killed or seen dead before them brought back to life. Their allies and nightmares berate them and begin to tear into the victim's psyche and flesh, stripping away the skinn strip by strip, also pulling with it pieces of the person's sanity, driving them mad.

The genjutsu can last upwards of hours if the victim doesn't find some way of freeing themself, usually by method of theirallies breaking thegenjutsu for them. As the jutsu is meant to make the victim experience torment and excruciating pain and mental trauma, pain is not enough to free them and some method of chakra cycle disruption must take place, a feat many shinobi find difficult within this illusion as they must overcome their fears and doubts and face their victims to end the technique and bring themselves to a point willing to attempt the kai in the first place.
In all honestly the victim's generally need to use two genjutsu releases to get out or fully stop their chakra flow for a few moments somehow.

TECHNIQUE: Suiton: Water Net
RANK: C
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: supplementary
RANGE: Close to Mid
DESCRIPTION: After performing the handseals, the user casts their hansds out in a wide sweeping motion as if tossing a fishng net , and in so doing throws a wide net composed of water over their target.

This water net functions similarly to an actual net, and entangles and weighs down those trapped in it. The net can be ripped apart or cut as normal and when this occurs it drenches those who were
inside it in water.

TECHNIQUE: Suiton: Drowning Seal
RANK: B
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Supplementary
RANGE: Close
DESCRIPTION: The user strikes an opponent with a solid open palm strike in the chest and converts their chakra into water, forcing water directly into the opponent's lungs.

This of course means the opponent immediately begins drowning and sputtering and coughing, forcing this water out of their chest. In so doing they inact the sealing process.

Coughing up the water ushers the victim's essence out of their body in the form of the physical half of their chakra allowing the caster of this jutsu to then collect that water in some sort of container, effectively sealing the opponent who proceeds to fall over as half of their essence (the half responsible for powering the body) has been extracted and sealed.
The user can then reverse the effects by pouring the water back down teh victim's throat. Very effective against reanimated bodies.

TECHNIQUE: Suiton: Reverse Rain
RANK: C
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Offensive
RANGE: Close to long
DESCRIPTION:Only effective when there is water beneath the opponent. The user performs the short string of handseals then claps their hands together. Then from beneath the opponent, erupts a torrential 'rainfall' but in reverse, as the rain flies straight up into the air. These raindrops fly with high pressure and high speed, and shred the opponent or anything else on top of the area effected with needle sharp droplets. The following round this rain comes falling back down as a solid wall of water from the sky, slamming back into water or earth below it with enough force to slam opponents into the ground pretty hard or force them underwater several feet (about 3 meters or so).

TECHNIQUE:Suiton: Hurricane Ball
RANK: A
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Offensive
RANGE: Close to long (but usually only effective to strike with up to mid range)
DESCRIPTION: Inspired by the legendary Rasengan of the Leaf, the user  conjures a high degree of suiton chakra to the palm of their hand  and using finite chakra control, forces it to spin in a wild chaotic manner there. This chakra then forms an orb of hyper compressed and layered water and chakra.

In the center of this orb is a micro hurricane looking like the cycling cloud formation of such a strom from space. This powerful ob can be thrown at a target and when it collides, the surface tension of the orb is broken allowing the full brunt of the hurricane force otrrential water to literally flood out over the target. This water then forms a giant sphere of water around the target.

This sphere of turbulent water swirls and shreds at the target with high pressure blades of water, moving around the water inside and outside the target through violent and incredibly rapid osmosis, and the water molecules literally tear the opponent apart, usually killing them in seconds. Those that manage to survive are not often long for this world after such a devastating assault.

Even those without water in their body (or objects) have much to fear from this high pressure attack due to its use of blades of water and condensed pressure.

The post after impact this orb of water stops being compressed and the water bursts out and washes over the area leaving it saturate with water and thoroughly flooded for several hundred feet with about 3 feet of water.

As complying with the intent to preserve lives,  this can also be used in a nonlethal manner to similar effect, incapacitating the victim instead of killing.

Ocean Fist Style Taijutsu
Ocean fist style taijutsu is a style of martial art modeled after sea creatures and the motion and action of the waves. It utilizes suiton chakra similar to the Hyuuga clan's Jyuuken style, which is to say the user collects water chakra to the surface of their tenketsu when striking and pushes it into the opponent for some sort of effect.

This suiton chakra usually is used to affect teh awater molecules inside of opponent and increase damage done internally or spread it out to increase the area affected by the strike. The water chakra can also be converted into water itself to compound and add force to the strike, pushing back targets when strike, like a tidal wave pushing around the sands.


TECHNIQUE: Ripple Effect

TYPE: offensive

DESCRIPTION: The user wells up a good portion of suiton chakra to their striking limb and then uses it to attack their opponent. This strike then transfers this stored up chakra into the opponent and is then conducted across the whole of the opponents body by the water molecules in their cells. The chakra then forcibly moves the water molecules violentl, taking the force of the taijutsu strike and making it as if the user had struck every inch of the opponent at the same time, as if a wall had struck them.

This sort of strike does quite well when the user then releases the chakra in rapid pulses, creating ripple lake feelings in the opponent. These molecules then snap back to where they were as if they'd been sloshed around inside the cells, dealing the damage.

This sort of attack does very well to knock out the opponent, overloading their senses and unbalancing their various equilibriums.

DESCRIPTION: Using the concept of the waves and the tides constant push and pull, this technique was formed.

The user stands and takes a taijutsu attack (including kenjutsu, or other weapon based attacks or physical jutsu assaults such as doton) allowing it to come at them and then catches it in some way before transferring the force of that attack through their body, absorbing all of the kinetic energy , and then returns that force simultaneously back into the source, turning defense decidedly into an aoffense. This requires a very practiced hand as unproficient users risk doing great harm to their own body in the process if they don't instantly find an outlet for the brunt of that attack.

Hozuki clan members tend to have a much easier time in using this method of defense as their water like bodies conduct the foce quite well.

DESCRIPTION: The user expels suiton chakra fromtheir tenketsu whilst spinning their body rapidly and moving directly towards the target.

As they near the target the user converts that suiton chakra into water and that water sweeps towards the opponent like a wave striking them where aupon the user then collides for a second more devastating strike as the opponent's defenses are usually loosened by the hard striking water before hand. The rotation of the user also adds to the impact strength as they are usually moving much faster before colliding with the target.

DESCRIPTION: The user wells up a large amount of Suiton chakra to the bottom of their feet then performs either a flying kick of some sort (such as a dropkick or a flying kick) or a roundhouse kick. Upon striiking with their powerful footwork, they allow the water chakra to burst forth explosively creating a hard high pressure torrent of water capable of sending boulders flying.

The force of the strike and water is capable of actually moving large sea-worthy vessels from proficient users and thus its name. Quite devastating almost always resulting in broken bones.

DESCRIPTION: Whilst in the air the user can initiate this attack. they begin to rotate their body head over heels in a front flip sort of fashion while welling up highly concentrated amounts of suiton chakra.  The user then expels this forming a ring of water around them as they fall and upon impact, a powerful stroke of high pressure bludgeoning water that usually rockets the target into the earth with tremendous force, frequently creating very large craters in the process.

DESCRIPTION: The user charges some suiton chakra to their upper arm, from shoulder to just below the elbow, then shoulder tackles their opponent at high speed, converting the chakra into water right upon collision creating a very hard impact sending the target flying and covers them in water in the process. A well timed and placed Crashing wave can instantly end a fight before it can get hot and heavy despite its relatively low ranking.

TECHNIQUE: Dakou Shimo
TRANSLATION: Crawling Frost
RANK: equal to that of the user.

RANGE: Close to Long, requires touch and a medium
DESCRIPTION: this is the first technique taught to a Yuki clan member possessing Hyoton.

It requires no handseals and is an excercise in chakra control as well as elemental recomposition. The user activates the technique by focusing their chakra to a point on their body and then when they come in contact with something or someone else, they push chakra out of that point, causing frost and then ice to crawl across that object rapidly. The ice does not penetrate the object, only coats it, leaving the area beneath unharmed mostly if not more than a little chilled. Living tissue may experience frostbite after extended exposure or from higher level users.


As the user increases in rank, the thickness of this layer of ice grows.

E - simply a layer of frost
D - up to one inch of ice.
C - 2 inches
B - 3 inches
A - 4 inches
S - 5 inches

Offensively, Genin and above can usethis technique to create a line of sharp ice spikes to burst from the medium to do harm ot those in the path of the growing ice. In this case more chakra is used to cause the effect making it better at closer ranges. The height of the spikes is measured in feet rather than inches however.

Another rare but useful use is to use this with taijutsu, covering areas struck in a small layer of numbing ice. The ice created from a taijutsu strike grows to no more than 1 inch in thickness however.

TECHNIQUE: Soufun no Jutsu
TRANSLATION: Frosty Air Technique

DESCRIPTION: The user does handseals using one hand (special KG ability) and then breathes in a lungful of air and combines it with hyoton chakra. THen the user expels it forcefully in the form of a billowing cloud of white fog. This blast of chakra and moisture covers the target in a layer of ice several inches thick. Skilled users can breathe the blast for up to minute with breath training allowing them to cover an object in up to a foot or more of ice. This ice is searingly cold and damages those struck by it in addition to coating them in the incredibly hard ice. It is comparable to the grand fireball technique in many ways doing damage of a similar, if opposite, scale of frostbite in place of burns.

Many ice user’s go to attack.

DESCRIPTION: This jutsu is a bit of a misnomer, as the user can make a multitude of shapes with this ability. The user coats their limbs (any of them in fact) in a strong layer of ice which is shaped into various weapon-like items from sharp sword appendages to spikes to simple spheres. The ice is strong enough to stand up to hits from metal weapons and C ranked jutsu and can even break those items if the user is skilled enough. This shaping acts to increase the destructive and offensive power of the user’s taijutsu. This does however lower the user’s manual dexterity and at C rank, prevents them from casting jutsu requiring handseals.

The constructs can be made quite large and the larger the layering of ice the more powerful the hit.

With the B ranked advancement of the user, they can create moveable gauntlets which can be used for grasping or what not and their hands can move freely inside of the construct allowing single handed handseals to be performed but if two gauntlets are on the user’s hands, they cannot be brought together to form two handed kata. Most users use this version to create large hand like ‘gloves’ in order have working appendages whilst still using the skill.

DESCRIPTION: After encasing their fists with the ice gauntlets technique, the user can then in place of simply converting the ice into water to release their arms, fling the large shaped ice block at their opponent transforming it into a decent ranged offensive. The rank of the ice gauntlet technique determines the power of this jutsu.

Upon impact, the B ranked comet skill bursts into a shower of razor sharp shrapnel on top of its concussive force.
The range on the attack is 10 meters.

TECHNIQUE: Koori Hokousha
TRANSLATION: Ice Walker
RANK: A

DESCRIPTION: This is the ultimate advancement of the Ice gauntlet skill. The user encases the entirety of their body in an ice construct. The shape of the construct is differernt for every user but most are relatively humanoid. Most are between 15 and 25 feet in height.

This allows the user to utilize an incredible strength able to exert incredible force on par with large summons as well as use large destructive taijutsu attacks. The user can withstand jutsu of up to B rank and keep moving. The user can also freely shape the limbs of the giant armor to make different weapon shapes and even perform jutsu from inside the armor. The user operates the armor from within moving their body and the armor follows said movements as best it can. In doing this the user also sacrifices some speed as the construct cannot move horizontally very fast.

DESCRIPTION: The user performs handseals (using both hands) and then creates an object out of ice. This object’s definition and look is based on the user’s chakra control, allowing for incredibly crafted objects from those with excellent chakra control. These objects can be of any shape the user can imagine. Usually the shinobi uses it to create weapons such as swords, spears, shields and kunai or shuriken or mundane objects or simple walls and structures such as ramps.

most users perform the skill by crystallizing the ice in thin air or blowing out a cloud of icy fog which clears to reveal the construct.

Obviously these objects are very durable and stronger than normal ice able to withstand a lot of damage and use before shattering. They're also very cold to the touch. A yuki however can freely touch and wield these items due to their protection from the cold because of their kekkei genkai, but other people find them unbearable to hold for much longer than a post or two before they feel their body parts go numb. If held for 3 posts, the object causes frost bite on non Yuki. At post 5 the object has frozen itself to the person’s skin like dry ice or a tongue on frozen metal.

The objects last for about an hour before melting completely away.

TECHNIQUE: Hyohoru: Gunsei
TRANSLATION: Ice sculpting: All animate creation

TYPE: Supplementary (usually for offensive purposes)

DESCRIPTION: This jutsu is used to animate ice sculptures crafted by the user. It can work with any sculpture but truly works best with animal or ambulatory type sculptures, causing such beings to come to life with bunshin like intelligence and follow the direction of the caster with no particular regard to self preservation. The constructs are relatively difficult to destroy with bare handed attacks but jutsu or strong taijutsu users can get the job done. They can withstand C ranked jutsu attacks but B ranked and above, tend to shatter them.

If the construct is shaped for flight it can take to the air. When propelled to attack somone the constructs strike with the equivalent of a B ranked jutsu.

This technique can be used in the same round as the ice sculpting technique and are usually performed at the sametime by adding this string of handseals on the end of the original jutsu. The user must be within mid range of a construct to animate it.

Non ambulatory constructs move about at the whim of the user and therefore must be directed by them, preventing them from multitasking in some cases.

The constructs cannot move more than 15 meters from the user, otherwise the animating chakra ceases to function and the sculpture stops.

DESCRIPTION:

Without handseals the user pushes their hands out toward an attack and then creates a dome of ice over themselves and any nearby allies. The dome’s defensive capabilities can stand up to B ranked jutsu and lower and even withstand numerous explosions from the outside. A ranked jutsu will instantly shatter the dome and may have their damage added to by the chunks of ice striking those inside if they aren’t lucky, thus it is a good defense but one that must be used wisely. The dome can extend to cover a 15 foot diameter near instantly.

The dome can last as long as the user wishes.

TECHNIQUE:  Guncho Tsurara
TRANSLATION: Icicle Flock (yes i stole it from bleach get over it)

DESCRIPTION: The user forms a one handed handseal and creates a barrage of sharp icicles which fly in the direction the user wishes. The icicles are sharp enough to embed themselves in cement walls without shattering. Unskilled users may accidentally create blunt projectiles instead creating a hail of ice chunks not unlike ice cubes usually. Skilled users can fire them with the accuracy to pin an opponent to a wall with a single volley. The user can also increase the range of the assault by performing the technique with both hands at once doubling the area of which they can cover at the cost of double the chakra of course.

TECHNIQUE: Hyoton: Hyoryuudan
TRANSLATION: Ice Style: Ice Dragon Projectile

DESCRIPTION: The user does handseals with both hands, each hand doing a seperate set of seals individually making this complicated to perform. Once these seals are complete the user claps their hands and pulls them apart. In between their hands is an orb of pale blue water and frigid cold. The user then directs a dragon shaped blast of this water and temperature to attack their target doing large amounts of damage from sheer force and biting cold. Objects and creatures struck are frozen straight to their core, causing them to become immobile and allowing the user to shatter them into many pieces or move them and allow them to thaw out later. The attack is relatively straight forward but the user can direct the dragon’s path somewhat making the dragon curve and twist somewhat to follow making it difficult to miss but still possible as the projectile moves relatively slowly because of its size and its elemental composition being of ice and not water.

TRANSLATION: Blizzard’s Long Breath

DESCRIPTION: combining the fuuton and suiton elements the user breathes in and fuses the two elements to create a powerful and extended gale of wind from between their lips. This gale is composed of freezingly cold air and comes with a furious flurry of snow. The snow covers the area of the attack and the force of the wind is strong enough to uproot trees and peel tile from houses. The windchill is enough to leave a thick coating of ice on most anything in the attack’s range, especially living targets. people in the wind are sent flying and covered in ice and are then slammed into the ground or walls in the area and freed from the block of ice but are much worse for the wear due to the ordeal. Most are left numb and frostbitten by the extreme cold. the snow from the attack persists for  2-4 posts depending on the temperature of the area around it. if the temperature is below freezing the snow does not melt.

DESCRIPTION: After preforming handseals the user, brings a hand to their mouth and then is able to spit several bullets of water at their opponent. These bullets strike with a great impact able to chip rocks. The water then splatters onto targets freezing instantly as it does coating the area struck a patch of thick ice. The victim is damaged and is left with this patch of ice on their person until they manage to break it off somehow or the user removes it. The ice is not penetrating so other than damage from the cold, the victim is not harmed beneath the layer of ice. The ice is cold enough to numb and cause severe frostbite even through clothing should it not be too thick.

TRANSLATION: Glacial Period

ART: Ninjutsu [KG]

DESCRIPTION: The user performs a short series of handseals and then materializes a large wave from seemingly nowhere. The user can then freely direct this wave of water wherever they so wish usually to bombard an opponent for intense damageand then bring their hands together for one final seal, causing the entire mass of water to freeze solid. The ice is so thick and very difficult to break out of requiring an intense amount of pure heat (of similar rank thus A ranked) to free yourself as even the most incredible strength will not do with the weight of the ice. Note that this intense heat would require the opponent to be able to create it without handseals.

The user usually adds a series of exploding tags to the mix placing them close to the victims before freezing the ice then detonating them to kill the opponent in the ice as well though a fight ender, the opponent is not exactly destroyed right away. The cold of the entrapment is enough to kill an opponent within a few hours from hypothermia and sever frostbite. the glacier will melt slowly over a period of several months without prompting from the user.

DESCRIPTION: the user performs their handseals and then sweeps their arm in a wide arc creating a crescent shaped blade which flies with incredible speed. It is infused with the cutting ferocity of its wind nature and is made sharp as a razor, allowing to cut through near anything. The transparency of the blade makes it near invisible and this coupled with its sheer speed, makes it incredibly difficult to dodge. The blade however is easy enough to break with proper timing from very skilled users. It is said to be a match for the dreaded kaze no yaiba.

TECHNIQUE: Tousou Yoroi
TRANSLATION: Frostbite Armor

ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Defensive
RANGE:  Personal
DESCRIPTION: The user internalizes a decent quantity of hyoton chakra causing their body to become incredibly hard and turn blue. This frozen looking appearance does nothing to stop their mobility but does limit them to only being able to utilize the Hyoton fusion element while the jutsu is active as they cannot split their chakra into two forms while maintaining this skill.

This new protection gives the user the ability to take n powerful strikes and shrug them off. The user can take up to C rank jutsu and effectively ignore them for the most part, perhaps being thrown around by the force but not damaged by the impact. The power of B ranked skills are also greatly diminished by this armor, making their destructive force far less than it would be otherwise. Users have been known to literally rip apart jutsu using their bare hands after initiating this skill. being struck with an A rank or greater attack, will not only pierce through the armor but end the technique and quite possibly kill the person using this skill.

TECHNIQUE: Anrui no Fuyu
TRANSLATION: Winter’s Silent Tears.
RANK: B
ART: Ninjutsu [KG]
TYPE: Offensive
RANGE: Close to long
DESCRIPTION: The user performs a series of hand seals with both hands and then creates seven large chunks of ice in the air above the battlefield. These hailstones make a hexagonal formation with the 7th being placed in the middle of the others. These giant hailstones then rain down on the area doing great harm to those impacted. The icebergs explode on impact showering the area with a hail of sharp slivers which shred through those in the area, making this a deadly attack that is also more deceptive and difficult to dodge than original foreseen by most. Most are struck from every direction. If the Yuki clan member holds the final seal whilst the shards fly through the air from the explosion, they are protected from any damage caused by the attack as their body dissolves any needles that touch their skin before they cause them harm. If this handsea lis disturbed, the user could also be shredded.

The giant hailstones cover a 25 foot diameter causing damage on impact and the explosion covers a 50 foot diameter making this very widespread and dangerous, not something to be used with allies around.

TRANSLATION: Freezing Fist (the word for freezing here is the same for the term ‘Freezing to death’)

DESCRIPTION: An advanced application of the Crawling Frost technique. The user focuses a large amount of hyoton chakra to their striking surfaces (ie hands, feet, knees) usually just their fists.The chakra is so potently layered and focused that it freezes air molecules around the user’s limbs creating first a mist around them giving the attack a very beautiful aura, the molecules of which freeze into snow when the appendage is moved around even slightly making this a more beautiful attack as a trail of snow is left in the fists wake.

When the appendage hits home on an object or person, the chakra explodes out from that point instantly creating a large burst of ice to cover the victim. The speed at which this attack travels and the concentration and frigidness of the chakra freezes about an inch or so under the target’s surface, compounding to the damage. if the ice is broken, the surface of the target is also harmed as the ice shatters leaving it shredded and possibly falling off.

The burst of ice encases the victim in a rather large and burst shaped block of ice. The ice only covers about a 7 foot diameter burst so larger creatures or objects may only get a slight covering. once a striking surface is used to strike something, that particular ‘charge’ so to speak is used up. By touching a striking surface to one used up the user can transfer the charge to the used area. Example if the user charges both knees and both hands and uses the charges from the left fist and the right knee, the user could touch their left hand to their right hand or the left knee and place the charge in their left hand again.

Think of this like a cherry blossom collision effect but with Hyoton, the chakra bursts forth and covers targets in something like a frozen explosion.

TECHNIQUE: Koorisuberi
TRANSLATION: ice skating

DESCRIPTION: The user covers their feet in a thin layer of frictionless ice allowing them to double their speed and move incredibly fast and with a lot of grace. The user uses a chakra control method taught to all shinobi at some point similar to the art of tree climbing, allowing the user to provide friction sort of for their own purposes allowing them to stop, jump and directly control their motion. it takes some time for novice users to get the hang of this jutsu but it does wonders for teaching chakra control.

With the skates on, a user can easily reach incredible speeds, moving as nothing more than a blur to normal vision but this also requires intensive training to develop the reaction time necessary to operate at such speeds. Some users resort to wearing goggles to protect their eyes if they use this skill a lot and move at breakneck speed, these same users have been known to create ice joint pads to protect themselves in case of skidding while moving and to use to strike opponents when moving past, hitting harder and protecting their own flesh from the impact at such a speed.

A common variation of this skill amongst the younger members of the clan is a snowboard or surfboard like construct which fully covers their feet up to mid calf. this version is slightly more costly and leaves behind a trail of frost in its wake but does effectively double as a shield for C rank and lower skills.

The user can dissolve the covering at any time. Because of the use of this skill, yuki nin are famed for their speed and chakra control.

TECHNIQUE:  Yari no Kitayori
TRANSLATION: Spear from the north
RANK: B
ART: ninjutsu
TYPE: Offensive

DESCRIPTION: THe user uses a single hand to form handseals and then thrusts their arm forward (alternatively gathering water in the area and freezing it into a spear) causing a 6 foot long spear of ice to be fired forward with great speed and force, enough to punch through a rock and puncture a 2 inch wall of steel. the projectile is unimaginably cold from the force of the chakra used to create it and leaves a path of frost in its wake and causes ice to spread out in a 2 foot radius around the hole it creates in something, thus if it is used to kill it is very clean as it prevents any form of blood splatter until the ice melts some hours later.

After the spear is shot the user could pick it up and use it as a weapon or hurl it again granted with diminished power as the human arm has difficulty matching such strength.

TRANSLATION: Ice Style: Arctic Circle

DESCRIPTION: The user performs a series of handseals with both hands and then slams their hands onto the ground or a surface. From their hands a wave of frost quickly moves outward in a 20 foot radius before the frost grows into the air and forms a thick dome of ice. The air inside of this dome is exceedingly cold but those with Hyoton could care less. The inside of the dome is decorated in any manner the user wishes creating whatever the user wants from ice. This can be as simple as a perfectly smooth floor to having the dome covered in spikes to growing a small forest of ice trees inside the dome.

Essentially the user formulates an Arena 40 feet in diameter and 40 feet high limiting the area in which they and their opponents or allies can fight. The air within is bitingly cold however and those without some form of cold weather protection begin to go numb in 3 rounds and experience frostbite by the 5th turn of posting. By Ten rounds, the frostbite is severe enough that extremities may need to be amputated or healed by the best of medical shinobi. Those covered in water find themselves frozen in 3 rounds and unable to move unless broken free by an outside force or the ice is melted.

The dome itself is able to withstand up to A ranked attacks and is self repairing being several feet thick and thusly opaque in either direction. How exactly light is formed inside of the dome is a mystery but it is believed to be an effect similar to the northern lights causing enough light to see by. It is difficult to break in or out of this barrier on purpose. The barrier collapses into water should the creator be incapacitated or killed. The user can of course create holes in the wall as they wish and can enter or leave at their whim or simply walk into the reflective surface as if it were a crystal ice mirror and walk back out. It has no particular elemental weakness like most fusion elements and the temperature is enough to ignore all but the most powerful of Fire skills.

THe jutsu is further more dangerous for anotehr reason. When injured inside of the dome, chakra begins to leak from those inside and this chakra is transferred to the caster of the jutsu and some is transferred to the dome itself increasing its potent defense. Each cut leeches about 2% of the injured’s chakra reserves and transfers it evenly to the user and the dome.

It is notable that the user need not place themselves within the barrier, and can forge the arena around another area, creating a line of frost from the origination point of the jutsu to the dome. The range on this is only 10 meters however. If outside the dome, the user can monitor the chakra levels of those inside but without sensor abilities possessed naturally, cannot discern whose chakra is whose nor can they actually see inside.

Character Specific? Yuki clan only. A well guarded technique and its abilities are even a mystery to fellow kiri nin.

Chakra Consumption : 20% This skill can only be cast once per thread and it persists til the end of that thread or the user dispels the technique.


TECHNIQUE: Setsuna Nadare
TRANSLATION: Instant Avalanche
RANK: A
ART: Ninjutsu [KG]
TYPE: Offensive
RANGE: Close to Long
DESCRIPTION: The user performs a relatively long series of handseals (preventing them from casting another handseal related jutsu in the same turn) which causes low hanging black clouds to form above the battlefield. A hole opens up in these clouds and a massive amount of snow falls forth burying the area specified in 10 feet of snow, able to do large amounts of harm to the landscape and man made structures and crush people alive beneath it. This Avalanche can then be manipulated once the snow has fallen to condense with large amounts of pressure and literally crush things inside of it, shrinking to cover half of the area it did previously.and becoming ice like in density from the compactness.

This is not the most commonly used technique amongst the clan members as it is very obvious who performed the skill later from the left over snow or the chill that persists afterwards but if a natural disaster were necessary, there are few techniques in the clan or the village’s arsenal better for the purpose.

TECHNIQUE: Yukigassen Bomu
TRANSLATION: Snowball Fight Bomb
RANK: C
ART: ninjutsu [KG]
TYPE: Offensive
RANGE: Close to mid
DESCRIPTION: The user performs handseals using both hands then blows icy fog into their hands from their mouth creating a snowball. They can then throw this snowball up to mid range (10 meters or 30 some odd feet). When the ball hits or the user wishes, it detonates creating a concussive blast of cold air which covers things caught in the radius in frost and blows things away like an explosive note’s explosion. The damage it causes isn’t much but it is one hell of a distraction and if it hits directly can cause temporary blindness as the frost ices over the opponent;’s eyes. The blindness persist for a single round as the victim breaks the ice on their face off.

The user can keep using this skill over and over until they eitehr run out of chakra or perform another technique, allowing them to create a volley of snowball bombs as if they were in a snowball fight.The technique is considered a little like dirty fighting and a bit of a children’s technique but it is very useful all the same as well as cheap to perform.

TECHNIQUE: Reido
TRANSLATION: Absolute Zero
RANK: S
ART: Ninjutsu [KG]
TYPE: Offensive
RANGE:  Close to long
DESCRIPTION: The user performs 2 different sets of 12 one handed handseals at the same time making this very difficult to perform. They then harness and focus a large amount of ice element chakra inside of their body and focus it to a high degree before releasing it in a powerful fast moving shockwave.

This wave instantly freezes anything it passes over and freezes it down to the core, ice crystals getting between the molecules of the area. Then the user can shatter these now fragile objects at their whim. It could even be performed with a simple snap of the fingers or a particularly stiff breeze.

The wave is so cold that it is only visible as a distortion of the air caused by forcing molecules to instantly contract . The ice blast comes in two forms ; omnidirectional or directed.  The first version has a range of only 10 meters but goes in every direction at once making it very difficult to dodge. the only method of avoidance is to get outside of the 10 meters and do so in a very swift manner.

The second method is easier to dodge but has a much longer range. The user focuses the hyoton chakra to one arm and then thrusts that arm in the direction of the attack creating an extended cone like blast of instant death. This blast travels for 90 feet and covers a large swath of land in a triangular shape. With this version the user has to wait a post before they can use their arm again as even the caster of the jutsu experiences residual effects from the sheer cold of the skill. Thus most don’t use their dominant arm in casting this technique just in case they miss.

The user experiences damage if they use this skill more than twice in a thread as their body experiences extreme hypothermia from beign the vessel for such a potent technique. most shiver for days after using the skill that many times but they don’t experience permanent damage unless they attempt to push the limits. 4 uses  and the user’s muscles begin to shred apart as the ice crystallizes inside inbetween the cells pushign them apart. 5 uses results in the flash freezing of the user. This is obviously classified as a Kinjutsu.

TECHNIQUE: Hyoton: Kumoyari
TRANSLATION: Ice element: Cloudspear
RANK: S
ART: Ninjutsu [KG]
TYPE: offensive
RANGE: Close to long
DESCRIPTION: A skill famed for its destructive capabilities. The user performs a long series of handseals using both hands. This causes clouds to form above the fight which condense into a huge 100 foot tall javelin of super hard ice. This spear then falls from the sky in the round after the jutsu is cast impacting the ground with such immense force that the construct first pierces into the ground , burying the first 20 feet of the spear in the earth, usually creating sever fissuring and in addition there is a flash freezing wave of hyoton along with it that travels out 30 meters from the spear in all directions, encasing those in the area in a thick sheathe of ice.

The impact was so great that it causes the spear itself to crack and then fall apart showering the area with sharp and heavy chunks of ice which shatter the things frozen by the wave of freezing temperature and causing great amounts of devastation to the area.

TECHNIQUE: Hypothermia
RANK: C
ART: Genjutsu and ninjutsu
TYPE: Offensive
RANGE: Close to mid
DESCRIPTION: The user performs the handseals for this jutsu then finds a way to come into contact with the target. Upon contact they push hyoton chakra into the victim initiating the jutsu and then may go about their business and do not need to remain in contact with the victim. This causes the victim to believe they are becoming incredibly cold and begin to exhibit the symptoms of hypothermia growing progressively stronger each post, advancing from mild to moderate to severe across three posts.

This is considered a genjutsu and ninjutsu blend becasue the usual symptoms of hypothermia are psychological responses requiring that the user convince the victim’s brain that they are being exposed to excessive amounts of cold. The jutsu lasts for about an hour if left unreleased.

TECHNIQUE: Rezafubuki
TRANSLATION: Razor Snowstorm
RANK: B
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Offensive
RANGE: Close to long
DESCRIPTION: The user creates a furious tornado of a blizzard chocked full of razor like snowflakes which then slice into those the tornado passes over. The tornado is turned on its side and comes from a fan, the user’s mouth, or an outstretched hand to direct the cyclone.

it also has the added effect of pushing away those inside of it. It has been seen to be used to slice a hole in a stone wall to create an opening or rip the flesh from an opponents bones.

TECHNIQUE:  Shimiru Shojo
TRANSLATION: Frozen Maiden (the word shimiru has the alternate meaning of to pierce or to permeate a very fitting term for this skill)
RANK: B
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: offensive
RANGE:  Close to long
DESCRIPTION: The user performs a single handseal after encasing an opponent in a layer of ice from any other technique causing this ice to grow sharp spikes inwardly piercing deep into the victim, usually killing them from massive internal trauma.  the technique is described as eerily beautiful in a way because when an opponent is killed with this there is no real sign that they have died until the ice begins to melt as blood cannot seep inside of the ice and the victim’s face cannot contort to show pain if fully encased. As the ice melts however pink rivulets of water mixed with blood will pour from the melting ice creatign a rosy pool beneath the dead or dying.

Alternatively it can be used to damage an opponent only partially covered in ice doing less damage obviously.

TECHNIQUE: Kuchiyose Suiton: Kagai Suisei Jutsu
TRANSLATION: Summoning Water Style: Finned Assault Jutsu
RANK: C
ART: Ninjutsu
TYPE: Offensive Supplementary
RANGE: Close to long
DESCRIPTION: This modified version of the summoning technique allows a user to summon water-bound creatures to their aid anywhere. It creates a large quantity of water for the creature(s) to swim in and allows them to breath and move around on the land as the wave of water moves around at the behest of the user or the summon. The wave does not dissipate until the summon is unsummoned and the water acts as a minor shield of sorts to the summon itself protecting them from fire techniques but doing nothing to stop lightning techniques as the water conducts the electricty. Earth techniques (the usual counter to water) have no particular effect unless they are specifically designed to absorb water based attacks at which point either the summon can unsummon itself or the user can send the summon back.

The water from the summon comes from the location the summon comes from so it is salt or fresh as necessary and is proportionate to the creature or amount of creatures summoned.

Character Specific? Kiri nin only. To learn it you must have learned it from a kiri ninja in the first place. That kiri nin must of course know the jutsu to teach it however. Currently in use by Ianto Yuki

Multiple summons cost the same as one rank higher than the highest ranked summon in the group called forth.


TECHNIQUE: Nadare Tsunami
TRANSLATION: Avalance Harbor Wave
RANK: A
ART: Ninjutsu [KG]
TYPE: Offensive Supplementary
RANGE: Close to Long
DESCRIPTION: The user does a set of handseals and then from nowhere a massive wave of snow appears first by swirling about the user and bursting from beneath their feet allowing the user to ride atop the wave which is used to swallow up their opponets. The wave is quite large able to cover a large area in the snow when the technique ends, enough to completely swallow up a small village and cover up at least a quarter of the larger ones. The crushing power of the snow is great and many do not manage to dig themselves out before dying. The freezing capability of the snow is not as great as other hyoton skills but is enough to leave those touched by the technique quaking with shivers and coated in a layer of frost after they emerge from the snow.

The user can also use this snow as a water source for suiton technniques which their opponent cannot do as the user can melt the snow at their whim.

This technique is comparable to the Bursting Water Collisions wave technique in destructive power and width.

Chakra Consumption : 15% due to the massive coverage of the wave.

Alright this is going to be a big hassle for you. First off!

1. Everything needs to be put into our template.

2. Everything should be separated by element and type. Meaning that you should have a list and then title it for all suiton jutsu, hozuki specific jutsu, and hyouton specific jutsu.

3. Here we dont do chakra by percents so you will have to look at the jutsu list for all appropriate numbers.

4. I noticed that some of these jutsu are over ranked or under ranked so after all of the above mentioned is done I shall review the jutsu so everything is acceptable.

(just wanted to mention that there are no skills here. Also to help it keep it neat i have to ask that you separate everything with spoilers)
