ASP [spoiler] Speed, master Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja
 
Strength and power, master Gives a huge boost on strength and power. Every thing that requires strength to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. He has now a great endurance and resistance to damage
 
Weapon Specialist, master The user has obtained/made/bought an unusual weapon with powers that come from the weapon, not the user itself. It may carry a unique power, and may consist of multiple weapons instead of one. It may be sentient, but it does not have it's own jutsus, and can have multiple abilities instead of one, but must be downgraded accordingly
 
Assasination lvl2 The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins.
 
 
Chakra capacity, lvl2 Allows the shinobi to sustain a greater amount of Chakra. 20% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus).
 
 
Chakra sensory lvl2 Allows the shinobi to sense chakra at higher range and also sense multiple chakra at once (maximum 5)(Range: 500 meters)
 
 
Hand seals lvl 1 The Shinobi is able to make hand seals far faster, allowing them to mold chakra and perform jutsus at a quicker rate then others.
 
 
Summoning lvl 2 Allows the ninja to summon a rank B creature

Effects: As a melee attack comes in, the user gently reaches out, sliding their arm to the side of the incoming, attacking limb, and gently changing the angle of the incoming attack just enough to miss.

Effects: As an opponent comes in with a melee attack, the user reaches out, grabbing a part of the incoming weapon (ie wrist, ankle, weapon hilt) and then yanks in the same direction as the original attack, while side stepping. As the opponent overbalances, you strike, usually with apalm thrust or elbow.

Effects:The greatest Yasishii Chikara defensice tactic, created by watching the Hyuaga clan masters. As several opponents come in at once, the user leaps into the air and spins, horizontally, veritcly, or somewhere in between, extending all limbs. As the attacks come in, the user uses every limb he has to ently turn aside the attacks,usually at other attackers. While in the air, the user is free to launch several counters after deflecting.

Effects:The user thrusts his palm forward, usually from somewhere around their waist,aimed at the opponents jaw or midsection. This is the most basic form of attack in yasishii chikara, and allows the user to put all his weight behind the strike without overbalancing.

Effects:As the opponent attacks, the user snaps out a foot, low, aimed at the attackers closest ankle as they put weight on it, kicking it from the side to knock it out from under them and overbalance the opponent.

Effects:As an opponent attacks, the user grabs the attacking limb or weapon and pulls in the same direction as the original attack,increasing momentum. At the same time, the user ducks down, driving his shoulder into the opponents gut or groin and suddenly lifting, and then throwing the opponent over them.

Effects:As an attacker comes in, the user grabs the incoming limb or weapon and pulls in the original dirction of the attack, increasing momentum, before shooting out their free hand, into the midsection of theattacker, then lifting, reverseing the attackers momentum, and hurling them away. Very painful to attackers midsection.

Effects:The user uses a weapon, channels chakra into it, and then slashes at the ground (preferred sand). As they do, the chakra in the blade sends up far more sand then the weapon normally would, throwing it at the opponent to blind and disorient them.

your using 41 asp please correct it. im counting assassin as your free cause its just level two already. also you get free gen resistance skill at lvl 3 cause of your gen knowledge.

Taijutsu master knowledge allows for lvl two combat skills, which, as I understand it,means the weapons mastery and whatnot.
