Genjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja the ability to use up to C-rank Genjutsu of a single sub-type. Level II: Allows the ninja to use genjutsu up to B-rank of a single sub-type. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level I effects. Level III: Allows the ninja to use Genjutsu up to A rank of two sub-types. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level II effects. Master Level: Allows the ninja to use up to S-rank Genjutsu of three sub-types. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Level III effects. Legend Level: Allows the Ninja to use S-rank Genjutsu of three sub-types. All genjutsu are considered one rank higher for release purposes. Gets Genjutsu Resistance Master Level Effects.
Ninjutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to use basic Ninjutsu (note that some basic ninjutsu have other requirements). Level II: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and jutsu from an element of his choice. Level III: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu and to have two ninjutsu elements. The second will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank than himself. Master Level: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu, and three ninjutsu elements. The third element will only allow the ninja to use ninjutsu of lower rank then himself. Legend Level: Allows the ninja to use basic ninjutsu, and three Ninjutsu elements, all of which are primary.
Taijutsu Knowledge
Level I: Allows the ninja to perform simple Taijutsu attacks, such as punches and kick combos. The Ninja may only use Taijutsu's equal to his level, and may not use a style. Level II: Allows the ninja to have one Taijutsu fighting style with all allowed rank jutsus. Level III: Allows the user to have two Taijutsu styles. The second one will only allow to use jutsus of lower rank then himself. The user gains a level one combat trait for free. Master Level: Allows the user to have two Primary Taijutsu Styles and allows the user gains a level two combat skill. Replaces level one. The user may identify open taijutsu styles. Legend Level: User can automatically identify any taijutsu style he sees, and gains a level three combat skill. Replaces level two.

Combat Skills
Agility and Speed
Level I: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than average ninja do, which allows them to dodge basic attacks with more efficiency. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. Level II: Gives the ninja more speed and agility than before, allowing him to dodge ranged attacks, such as shurikens with more efficiency. Level III: Allows the ninja to use speed related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). Master Level: Gives a huge boost on speed and agility. Every thing that requires speed or agility to do, is done with great facility by the ninja.
Assassination
Level I: The user is stealthy and clever, able to hide in the shadows and move quietly, giving the ninja an edge. User is immune to Chakra Sensory Level I and is 10% less likely to get caught in break-ins. Level II: The Ninja is learned in anatomy, capable of targeting the vitals of an enemy's body with precision, for incapacitation, or assassination. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level II and is 20% less likely to get caught in break ins. Level III: Worthy of the title Assassin, the ninja has practiced and perfected arts of killing, making him well-knowledgeable in the many possible forms of death. User is immune to Chakra Sensory level III and is 30% less likely to get caught in break ins. Master Level: Allows the ninja to be perfect at the arts of stealth and quick kills, giving them near perfect accuracy, and move without even being known. User is Immune to Chakra Sensory Master Level and is 40% less likely to get caught in break ins.
Strength and Power
Level I: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, providing more physical constitution, allowing the ninja to sustain more damage. Requires at least Taijutsu Knowledge Level II. Level II: Gives the ninja more strength and power then average ninja do, which allows them to deliver more damage in their Taijutsu attacks. The strength level of the ninja will be enough to crack stone with an attack. Level III: Allows the ninja to use strength related jutsus (Jutsus will have the requirement). Master Level: Gives a huge boost on strength and power. Every thing that requires strength to do, is done with great facility by the ninja. He has now a great endurance and resistance to damage.
Chakra-Based:
Chakra Capacity
Level I: Allows the shinobi to sustain a bit more Chakra. 10% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus). Level II: Allows the shinobi to sustain a greater amount of Chakra. 20% more Chakra. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus). Level III: Allows the shinobi to sustain a Large amount of Chakra, 30% more. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of five CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus). Master Level: Allows the shinobi to sustain a Monstrous amount of Chakra. 50% more. Sannin/Kage ninjas will have a reduction of fifteen CP over the total CP (applying skill bonus)
Chakra Sensory
Level I: Allows the shinobi to sense surrounding chakra, for comparison with its own or surrounding ones. Requires at least Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge level II. (Range: 100 meters) Level II: Allows the shinobi to sense chakra at higher range and also sense multiple chakra at once (maximum 5)(Range: 500 meters) Level III: Allows the shinobi to sense multiple chakra and determine their location. (Range: 1Km) Master Level: Allows the shinobi to sense types of chakra, like Jinchūriki and Cursed Seal and determine their position (Range: 2Km)
Hand Seal Expert
Level I: The Shinobi is able to make hand seals far faster, allowing them to mold chakra and perform jutsus at a quicker rate then others. Level II: The Ninja has learned how to manipulate their chakra well enough to form hand seals with a single hand, though at a slower rate then normal techniques. Level III: The user's Seal speed has quickened, One-handed Seals at normal speed and two-handed far exceeding a normal Shinobi, appearing as a blur to them. Master Level: Seals are made at an incredible rate, forming at the blink of an eye. The user may now have both individual hands make one handed seals at once, though at a slower rate then normal techniques, while a Single One handed Seal may be produced rapidly.
Genjutsu Resistance
Level I: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of the same rank, making it easier to make a plan of escape. Allows the use of Genjutsu Kai. Requires at least Genjutsu Knowledge level I. Level II: Allows the ninja to realize if he got trapped in a Genjutsu of one rank higher. Also, allows the use of Genjutsu Hakai. Genjutsu of one sub-type require one less chakra to break. Level III: Allows the ninja to use Tadai Nentō. Genjutsu of one sub-type require two less chakra to break, and genjutsu of two sub-types require one less chakra to break. Master Level: Genjutsu of one sub-type require three less chakra to break, genjutsu of two sub-types two less to break, and genjutsu of three sub-types require one less chakra to break.
Equipment and Weaponry Skills:
Scroll Sealing
Level I: Allows the ninja to seal throw-able weapons (such as shuriken) up to a number of 20. It also allows the ninja to carry 1 scroll with him. Level II: Allows the ninja to seal a puppet or human puppet inside a scroll, or One Light Weapon. Allows the ninja to carry 2 scrolls with him. Level III: Allows the ninja to seal small accessories up to a number of 3 of one type, or one Medium Weapon. Allows the ninja to carry 3 scrolls with him. Master Level:Allows the ninja to seal one large weapon . Allows the user to carry three scrolls and one heavy scroll.
Weapon Specialist
Level I: The user is proficient in basic weaponry, allowing him to utilize light weapons such as the sword and bow. They are also more skilled in weapon-based jutsus. Level II: Shinobi are now more potent in their weapon usage, allowing them to carry and wield two light weapons and fight with Medium Weapons. Level III: At this level, a ninja may now wield most if not all forms of weapons. They are able to carry up to three light weapons, two medium, and may now wield heavy weapons. Master Level: The user has obtained/made/bought an unusual weapon with powers that come from the weapon, not the user itself. It may carry a unique power, and may consist of multiple weapons instead of one. It may be sentient, but it does not have it's own jutsus, and can have multiple abilities instead of one, but must be downgraded accordingly.
Seal Knowledge
Level I: Allows the user to utilize their Curse Seal First Level at will and allows them to ignore the Pain of when the Seal is placed. Level II: Allows user to utilize the First Level of the Curse Seal better, being able to use the Seal for one more round. It also allows the user to use the Fūja Hōin(Evil Sealing Method) Level III: Allows the user to activate the Second Level of the Seal, and capable of using the Juin Jutsu(Cursed Seal Technique) on up to one ninja. Master Level: Allows the user to skip from first form directly to Second Form, and increases the duration by another round during Level II. It also allows the user to use the Juin Jutsu on up to three different Ninjas at once.
Medical
Level I: Allows the ninja to heal others and himself using some minor healing objects. Requires Genjutsu and Ninjutsu Knowledge level II. May not have more than two Ninjutsu. Level II: Allows the ninja to use up to rank C medical Ninjutsu and to use more advanced healing objects. Level III: Allows the ninja to use up to rank A medical Ninjutsu and to use any healing object. Master Level: Full mastery of any medical related Jutsu or object, with top success on healing.
Puppeteer (Any Knowledge Mastery can not exceed Lvl 3) ---> Lvl 1: Allows the ninja to control 1 puppet at a time and the use of puppeteer jutsus up to C Rank. ---> Lvl 2: Allows the ninja to control 2 puppets at a time and the use of puppeteer jutsus up to B Rank. Gets Medical Lvl 1 effects. ---> Lvl 3: Allows the ninja to control 3 puppets at a time and the use of puppeteer jutsus up to A Rank. Gets Medical Lvl 2 effects. ---> Expert Lvl: Allows the ninja to control 4 puppets or 1 human puppet at a time and the use of puppeteer jutsus up to S Rank. . ---> Master Lvl: Allows the ninja to control 5 puppets at a time or 2 human puppets and able to perform Shirahigi Jikki Chikamatsu no Shuu. Medical Lvl 3 effects
Summoning
Level I: Allows the ninja to summon a rank C creature. Requires at least Ninjutsu and Genjutsu Knowledge level II. Level II: Allows the ninja to summon a rank B creature. Level III: Allows the ninja to summon a rank A creature and to use summoned animal related jutsus. Master Level: Allows the ninja to summon an ultimate summoning of rank S and is capable of becoming a Sage.
